By purchasing or using any service, membership, coupon, promotional package, or deal available on FinalMyDeal.com, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Nature of Services

FinalMyDeal offers digital memberships, promotional offers, discount packages, resort deals, travel-related benefits, and partner-based promotional services. All memberships, coupons, and promotional benefits are digital products/services. No physical products are shipped.

Due to the nature of instantly accessible digital services and promotional benefits, all purchases made on FinalMyDeal are non-refundable once activated, redeemed, accessed, or successfully delivered to the user account.

FinalMyDeal acts as a facilitator between users and partner merchants. Final service fulfilment, room availability, booking confirmation, and hospitality services are managed by the respective merchant, hotel, resort, or property provider.

2. Cancellation Eligibility

Refunds or cancellations may only be considered under the following verified circumstances:

• Duplicate payment was successfully charged for the same transaction.
• Payment was deducted but the purchased service, membership, or deal was not activated.
• A verified technical error occurred from our platform or payment gateway.
• A merchant or partner property permanently discontinued redemption before the customer used the purchased benefit.
• An approved transaction failed to reflect in the customer dashboard due to a verified system issue.

All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval by FinalMyDeal.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to read or understand deal terms before purchasing.
• Unused memberships or unused promotional benefits.
• Expired coupons, deals, or promotional offers.
• Blackout dates, seasonal restrictions, or occupancy limitations already disclosed.
• Merchant availability limitations communicated before redemption.
• Customer-side delays, scheduling conflicts, or travel changes.
• Dissatisfaction unrelated to the advertised offer.
• Violation of platform policies or misuse of promotional benefits.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activities.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, depending on banking procedures, UPI settlement timelines, card issuer processing policies, and payment gateway processing duration.

FinalMyDeal shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment processors.

5. Chargeback & Fraud Protection

Fraudulent payment disputes, unauthorised chargebacks, abuse of promotional offers, or suspicious activities may result in:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of account access.
• Cancellation of active memberships or benefits.
• Restriction from future platform usage.
• Legal action where necessary.

FinalMyDeal reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and take appropriate action to protect the platform, users, and partner merchants.
