Hospitality services, accommodations, and on-ground experiences are provided directly by the respective merchants or properties.

All coupons, promotional deals, memberships, and booking benefits are subject to merchant availability, blackout dates, occupancy restrictions, seasonal limitations, and partner-specific policies. Users are responsible for reviewing all applicable conditions before purchasing or redeeming any offer.
FinalMyDeal does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every deal or merchant listing at all times.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, coupons, memberships, promotional benefits, and user accounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder. Reselling or unauthorised commercial use of platform benefits is strictly prohibited.

Users are solely responsible for activities conducted through their accounts.
FinalMyDeal reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts without prior notice if we detect fraudulent activity, coupon abuse, unauthorised payment disputes, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms. Such actions may result in cancellation of active benefits without refund eligibility.
All website content including logos, branding, text, graphics, designs, software, and promotional materials are the intellectual property of FinalMyDeal or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
FinalMyDeal acts as a facilitator between users and partner merchants. While we strive to ensure smooth redemption experiences and accurate listings, the final delivery of hospitality services remains the responsibility of the respective merchant or service provider.
FinalMyDeal shall not be held liable for merchant refusal, service interruptions, travel disruptions, third-party operational issues, or indirect or consequential damages.
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our platform; however, we do not guarantee that the website or services will always remain available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Maintenance, technical issues, or third-party disruptions may temporarily affect availability.
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using FinalMyDeal, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
